Online purchases (excluding gifts) made through velvethairextension.com are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days from the date you received your item(s).

 

Items must be unused, undamaged, have all original tags attached, and be in their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued. (If the original strap attached to the U part wig is cut off or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will not be considered unused.)

 

Free returns and exchanges are available in the United States. If you require a prepaid shipping label, please contact us first. We will mail you a prepaid shipping label once we confirm your return request.

 

Refund Policy:

 

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your returned package.

 

Refunds will be directly issued to your original payment account within several days.
